Enter through the rear first-floor entrance into a bright, airy space with ocean-inspired décor and hardwood floors throughout. The open-plan living area comfortably accommodates eight guests. Enjoy your morning coffee at the breakfast bar, relax on the leather couch by the fireplace, read a book, or gather around the table while watching the waves roll in. The modern open kitchen overlooks the living area and is fully equipped for family meals or gatherings with friends. A convenient half bathroom is also located on the first floor. Step out the front of the house to a large patio with incredible ocean views. Fire up the BBQ and enjoy family-style dining while watching the sunset right from your doorstep. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower located next to the kitchen door, easily accessible from both the front and rear of the property. Upstairs, the wide stairwell leads to three spacious bedrooms. The first bedroom has two queen beds with plenty of space between them. The second bedroom features a queen bed and shares a balcony with the master, complete with ocean views. The master bedroom also has a queen bed and ample closet storage. Oven and garbage disposal needs repair, only shower doesn’t drain properly, batteries for fireplace needed replaced so we did it ourselves. Blinds and front screen door doesn’t work properly. I was not even concerned with the inside and hanging out inside. I did love that we had a full kitchen and was able to make breakfast in the mornings. Dinner on the patio was another amazing thing. The place was a little bit dusty and overlooked on some places, but that still did not deter me from loving this house. The beds were super comfortable. There was plenty of towels. I love that we had a washer and dryer in the house. Our dog had an amazing time there as well. We definitely will be back . Dixie was so amazing with her communication and help. ##### Linda A. The beach and boardwalk are literally steps from the front patio. The kitchen is spacious and modern. The family room area is a little tight, but it's an old house. There is a small but functional half bath on the first floor. The upstairs is very spacious with a big bathroom. Our kids slept in one of the front bedrooms but used the big back bedroom as a hangout spot in the late afternoons and evenings. We've stayed in many different places in Mission Beach, but this is the first time we've had a garage. It was a huge plus. We drove a Jeep Commander and although it fit with a bit of room to spare, I would NOT attempt to park anything larger than that size vehicle. (A Jeep Grand Cherokee is about the same size.) Also a plus: the water softener and tankless water heater were huge features. You don't think about these until you take a shower and notice the difference in water quality. The property was very clean and Jules was super communicative and is a great property manager. ##### Gene M.
