- A unique and beautiful ocean front home, located on a bluff! This home has an unobstructed spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean and miles of sandy coast. Located steps away from San Diego's top Tourmaline surf break, bring your surf board. If a beautiful view and a private home is what you are looking for, this is it! A perfect beach house that is located between La Jolla and Mission Beach. A newly decorated home that is located near everything a beach community has to offer. Spectacular sunset vistas from Mission Beach to the south, north to La Jolla. The home has an attached two bedroom upstairs unit built towards the back of the home. The properties were built with vacation rentals in mind. GUESTS ARE PROVIDED WITH PRIVATE living space yard space, decks, beach equipment (bicycles, surfboards, boogie boards, chairs, etc.), parking spaces, washer/dryers and barbecues.
