Casa Azul Upper is sure to give you a true coastal experience that will leave you feeling like a local...salty breezes and all the activity and relaxation a true vacationer is looking for. Sitting just a stone's throw away from the popular Mission Bay boardwalk you can have your toes in the water within minutes. Just a couple blocks away is the opposite direction is the sandy beaches for Mission Beach where you can take in the surf of the Pacific Ocean. From the comforts of this newly decorated and well appointed home you will find a very spacious floor plan for your whole group to enjoy.

This upstairs unit is a larger 3 bedroom 2 bath property. The home features new furnishings and decor throughout and provide comfortable seating to lounge as a group or be able to retreat from your group and enjoy some quiet time. The unit has a large family style dining table to accommodate your loved ones together for a meal. All bedrooms sit separately from the main living space, so rest assured those in your
group looking to break away can do so quietly.

When you do decide to venture out and leave your stylish digs, you won't have to travel far to have your toes in the sand. Located just 1/2 block from the waters edge and the Pacific Beach boardwalk that stretches 3 miles to the North Pacific Beach. With no shortage of food and beverage choices in the immediate area you can stay close to home of venture a bit further to explore many more options for shopping, eating and entertainment that Mission Beach has to offer. Within walking distance is the popular Belmont Park which offers endless family fun and the famous Giant Dipper, a historic wooden roller coaster that dates back to 1925.

Great spot for beach and boardwalk

Great location and management. Only thing to remember when booking is if you book the top unit, the pics of the yard don't apply to you as that is reserved for lower unit.

Great proximity, Upstairs Only, Terrible Parking!

We stayed for the weekend with family and had two vehicles with us. As listed in our checkin information, there's one garage spot (small) that did work for one of our small SUV's, but... there was NO WHERE to park the other car. Ended up having to park over a mile away at midnight and walk. Also, it's important to note that this is just the upstairs to a two story house, and when we stayed the people below us were inconsiderately loud, partying, and the noise level was AWFUL!!! We called three times to the property manager and didn't get a call back till 2am, but they said they were kicking them out in the morning. Surprisingly though, new guests checked in that afternoon. Probably very much that those previous guests were just checking out. Overall, would NOT suggest this place if you have more than one vehicle, and/or are a light sleeper as the downstairs place could be VERY hit or miss depending on who is staying there. The place itself was really clean and cute though.
