This spacious remodeled 2 bed 2 bath apartment has a private entrance and two full baths. We're located in a small multi-unit property with 4 apartments in the building. This apartment is on the top floor with only 1 small shared wall. The full address is: 3880 Shasta St #C3 San Diego, CA 92109 The parking space #3\. We are located off Shasta St in Crown Point / Pacific Beach, San Diego, CA. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. Please remember that you will be staying in a home, not a hotel. Therefore we ask that you treat our space with the same respect you would show your own. If you need anything before, after, or during your stay, please feel free to call, text, or message me through Airbnb. Overall, it was ok for the price but I would suggest some improvements for a more comfortable stay. It was difficult to get to sleep with the amount of light in the rooms and difficulty with regulating temperature.The window units are too loud to run at night and even when off one was making a ticking sound every 3 seconds. The ceiling fans work well though. Some blackout curtains or blinds would be super helpful and a lightweight blanket as an option for hot sleepers. The TP and soaps were also low quality. Pros: Communication with host was excellent, easy check-in, parking available, comfortable bed, short walk to Mission Bay. Cons: The downstairs neighbors seem to smoke pot 24/7\. Obviously this is not within the host's control. But if you are sensitive to the smell, be warned. There are ceiling fans in every room, as well as unit air conditioners. However, we found it was too cold when everything was going, so we turned them off and while the smell wasn't horrible, it was definitely noticeable at times. ##### Rena A.
