A lot of storage, bed was very comfy. The kitchen had so many amenities. The walk to the beach was very close. Exterior gate outside of property making it even more safer. The property managers were amazing. It was a good size and had enough room for the large dog crate to go next to the bed. It was perfect for our needs. It is a short walk to Pacific Beach and a number of restaurants and bars. Also a short walk to Ralph’s grocer. The apartment was as described and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. It had all of the amenities we needed including both a coffee maker and a keurig with coffee supplies. That was very nice. The apartment is in a gated area which made us feel safe. The only issue we had was with parking. It is first come first serve street parking only. At times we had to park a block or so from the condo and walk then watch to see when a spot closer opened up. There were some homeless people living in the neighborhood and people can now sleep in their cars on the street so there was some of that. Otherwise it is a great location and property. ##### Amy W.
