The host was very nice, accommodating and quick to respond. The place itself was clean and well equipped with kitchen and bathroom items. Location wise, it was perfect. It’s in walking distance to the beach, coffee shops and restaurants so we didn’t need to use our rental car all the time. Speaking of, having dedicated parking was a huge perk! Very quiet neighborhood with nice parking in the garage and walking distance to coffee, food, Mission Bay and Mission Beach. Close proximity to Torrey Pines, Blacks Beach, Mission Valley, downtown San Diego, Sea World and all the great San Diego attractions. I would totally recommend to anybody!! ##### John W. The playground, coffee shop, brewery were all within walking distance, as well as our sons place. We had a great time with our kids and another family with small kids. The place had plenty of room for all of us. The garage was a tight fit for our larger minivan, but luckily street parking and the spot behind the garage were always available. We had four adults and two teenagers in our group and there was plenty of room for all of us. The townhouse is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood within walking distance or a short drive to all San Diego has to offer. Stuart was a great host and responsive to all of our questions.
