This spacious 1,250 square foot, third-floor condominium is perfect for families, multi-families (ask about our larger set-up!) or couples looking to get away for a nice, relaxing vacation. Sit on the patio and watch the SPECTACULAR Fireworks Show from SeaWorld on select nights! The secure elevator brings you right up to your front door. There are also two staircases if an elevator is not your thing. Relax and unwind on the furnished balcony or catch some rays on the sand or in the water, our bay is swimmable! Just steps away from the bay boardwalk, one short block from the ocean and oceanfront boardwalk and one block north of Mission Bay Park & the Famous Belmont Roller Coaster! The large and spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with a step-in shower, Direct TV, ceiling fan, floor fans and rollaway heaters if needed. Open up the windows and enjoy the ocean breeze! The second bedroom has a Queen bed, DirectTV, floor fans and water views. The spare bathroom is just outside the second bedroom and has a shower/tub combo. There are two twin rollaway beds stored in the living room closet if needed. There is also a crib, playpen and highchair for the little ones! The kitchen has everything you need to serve up a feast! Lots of storage space for groceries, spices and a breakfast bar with stools and bay views. The dining room seats up to 8! Feel like grilling? Our patio has a tabletop propane grill for your use. The living room has reclining leather couches and Direct TV. Watch your favorite show or just relax on the couch and look out to the amazing view of the bay through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The gas fireplace is always nice for chilly evenings, along with central heat. Free WIFI is also offered. The condo comes with one assigned covered parking space. The parking space is a good size and will fit a full-size truck. Additional parking can be found off-street on Mission Beach Blvd or Mission Bay Blvd. Mission Bay Park also has day parking, which is close by. We do not have air conditioning, but the living room and master bedroom has ceiling fans and we also offer floor and table fans for your use. Being on the 3rd floor provides a sense of security when opening the windows to enjoy the refreshing ocean breeze. We provide linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys, starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, etc. There is free laundry on the first floor, we ask that you bring your own laundry detergent. CLOSE TO EVERYTHING! Our condo is centrally located in Mission Beach. We are one block north of the Belmont Roller Coaster and Park and directly west of the Bahia Resort. Enjoy a ride around the bay on the Bahia Belle. This condo is just a five-minute drive to Sea World, a short drive to the San Diego Zoo, the San Diego Wild Animal Park and a 30-minute drive from Legoland. It is also just a few miles from downtown San Diego, the San Diego Airport, and La Jolla's famous tide pools. We are walking distance to everything - shopping, dining (Starbucks is around the corner!), entertainment, indoor pool, arcade, carousel, roller coaster and other rides and games, grocery store, bike/skate/boogie or surfboard rental shop, park, etc. Almost everything is within a 5-minute walk! Walk right outside your door to the bayfront sand. Paddle boarding in the morning is so peaceful! We also rented a Hobie cat and were able to sail right up to the beach in front of the condo. Ocean is a quick walk away as well as Belmont Park. Walk to Starbucks and breakfast burritos in the morning. Shopping and plenty bars and restaurants around too! We really liked the restaurant "ceviche and beers". The place was very clean, kitchen well stocked, check in and check out was extremely easy. We traveled with two adult adults and three teenage kids. The location is amazing! Right on the water and bay side boardwalk. Much less hectic and loud than the beach front boardwalk! Overall upkeep of the place was pretty bad. The place was dated, but would have been OK if it had been cleaned, painted and repairs done. Driving up to the car port, the entrance doors were in need of paint. Plaster had been knocked off one post and needed to be replaced. First view upon entering the the condo was a dirty window with bird poop on it. Window sills had not been cleaned for quit some time. dinning chairs were dirty. A brand new refrig. in the kitchen, but the ice-maker had not been hooked up. Drapes in living room were broken. Master bath had mold in the shower, and plaster falling off thenwall with rust showing. We generally had a good experience. The view from the 3rd floor was spectular,and the beach was beautiful and clean. ##### Brenda S. Visited with my three grown children. Location was perfect for our needs.. loved the Mission beach view out the big windows.. Could walk to so many restaurants, the beach, bike rental place, etc... As others have stated, the place is a bit dated, but honestly, it had all we needed.. Beds were comfy and curtains darkened the room nicely. Would definitely stay here again! ##### Patty H. Quick and helpful responses from the host during and after the booking process. On my second night, had a late night issue coming back to one of the other tenants parked in my unit's dedicated spot, but the property manager was on it like white on rice and got the situation handled.
