Just steps away from the bay boardwalk, one short block from the ocean and oceanfront boardwalk and one block north of Mission Bay Park & the Famous Belmont Roller Coaster! The large and spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with a step-in shower, Direct TV and floor fans if needed. Open up the windows and enjoy the ocean breeze! The second bedroom has Two Twin Beds, DirectTV, floor fans and water views. The spare bathroom is just outside the second bedroom and has a shower/tub combo. There are two twin rollaway beds stored in the primary bedroom closet if needed. There is also a crib, playpen and highchair for the little ones! Our newly renovated kitchen has everything you need to serve up a feast, along with fabulous waterviews! The dining table seats 6\. Feel like grilling? Our patio has a tabletop propane grill for your use. The living room has reclining leather couches and Direct TV. Watch your favorite show or just relax on the couch and look out to the amazing view of the bay through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The gas fireplace is always nice for chilly evenings, along with central heat. Free WIFI is also offered. The condo comes with one assigned covered parking space. The parking space is a good size and will fit a full-size truck. Additional parking can be found off-street on Mission Beach Blvd or Mission Bay Blvd. Mission Bay Park also has day parking, which is close by. We do not have air conditioning, but we have plenty of floor and tabletop fans if needed. Being on the 3rd floor provides a sense of security when opening the windows to enjoy the refreshing ocean breeze. We provide linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys, starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, etc. There is free laundry on the first floor, we ask that you bring your own laundry detergent. CLOSE TO EVERYTHING! Our condo is centrally located in Mission Beach. We are one block north of the Belmont Roller Coaster and directly west of the Bahia Resort. Enjoy a ride around the bay on the Bahia Belle. This condo is just a five-minute drive to Sea World, a short drive to the San Diego Zoo, the San Diego Wild Animal Park and a 30-minute drive from Legoland. It is also just a few miles from downtown San Diego, the San Diego Airport, and La Jolla's famous tide pools. We are walking distance to everything - shopping, dining (Starbucks is around the corner!), entertainment, indoor pool, arcade, carousel, roller coaster and other rides and games, grocery store, bike/skate/boogie or surfboard rental shop, park, etc. Almost everything is within a 5-minute walk! We very much enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is well equipped with so many pans, dishes, and utensils. The boogie board and chairs and pales made our beach time the best! It felt super safe and was close to many restaurants, stores, the beach and the Belmont Park with fun games and rollercoaster. There is so much to do while having a quiet secure place to land and enjoy. Thanks again for helping make our trip so enjoyable! ##### gregory h. Nightly fireworks from Sea World were a treat too. We were fortunate that the temps were in the mid to low 70s during the day since the property does not have A/C. Bedrooms and bathrooms are a bit dated for the price but were clean. We had an issue with the sliding screen which Dani took care of right away. We typically stay on the ocean side and will probably do so next time as well. But all in all, a nice stay. ##### Steve A. The condo has two nice bedrooms and a bathroom for each. The kitchen has the necessary appliances and most everything you need to cook meals and the WIFI works very well. The location is a very short walk to Mission Blvd. and the beach. There's a Starbuck's within a two minute walk along with a small market, sushi place, Mexican, and Italian restaurants. And a grilled cheese restaurant as well. The view is of a marina and a bay and a beach is right out the door. It's not a fancy place, so if you're looking for a Ritz Carlton this isn't it, but I'd recommend it to anyone who anyone who's looking for a comfortable home away from home for a visit to San Diego. ##### Kris O. On the bay side, pleasantly quiet and steps to the beach. The view was fantastic and the balcony was great for night caps after the little guy went to bed. The condo had everything we needed including the beach chairs, boogie boards and all the toys for our son. To our surprise there was also a major blackout in SD County while we were here and "Dani" the property manager continued to text us by phone to make sure we were ok. She also came by to drop off an extra needed fan. Location, location and even better location.......and quiet when you need it. I am not fast to give out great reviews, however, with such great professionalism it is called for. There is a nice balcony to sit outside and enjoy the weather and Sea World fireworks. The condo gets good air flow with the windows open. The property manager responded to our concerns quickly. However, there are some cons to the property. This is an older property and the photos make it look newer. The elevator’s permit expired in 2019—and this is the only way to get to the main entrance. The mattresses are old and have a cushion topper which just makes them worse. The floors are not clean. We swept them with the provided broom, but they need to be mopped. ##### Cassie W.
