Fully stocked with starter essentials to get you going.

Outdoor security cameras are for guests' safety and the host's peace of mind.

Shoes off upon entry.
Quiet Hours: 10 p.m. - 9 a.m.
NO parties allowed.
No extra visitors/guests, 2 people (plus infant, perhaps) only on reservation
No Smoking anywhere on premises, including back canyon decks. Canyon wildfires are real in California!
NO unplugging/tampering/covering any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cams, locks, etc (fees will apply).
NO unlawful use of our home (illegal activities or substances, etc.)
USE coasters under all glasses, cups, or mugs to prevent water rings and stains.
USE trivet mats for hot pots to prevent heat damage to surfaces.
Garbage disposal: DO NOT put metal, plastic, egg shells, grease, potato peels, bones, coffee grounds, pasta, or celery in the disposal—throw them away. If it stops working, press the small red button under the sink or use an Allen wrench to free it up.

PET POLICY: Well-behaved pets are welcome for a $100 fee per stay. We love pets, but please keep them off the beds, comforters, and sofas. An extra cleaning fee will be added if we need to deep clean these areas or if towels, bedding, carpets, etc., are stained/chewed up. We have provided a vacuum or broom, and a dustpan just in case you need them for any spills or excessive pet hair (PLEASE unclog the vacuum if your pet hair clogs it up). Undeclared pets (ESAs included) will be charged $200 per pet.
3rd party bookings (booking for someone other than the account holder) are subject to an additional $500 fee.
