  • Beautifully remodeled 3bd/2ba ground floor condo directly facing Mission Bay! HUGE ground floor patio directly on Sail Bay with panoramic bay views! Unit comes with 1 car garage and 1 assigned parking space behind garage. Unit is within a small, gated complex ideal for a quiet family vacation! Excellent location within walking distance to the Catamaran hotel, bars, restaurants, and Garnet Avenue in Pacific Beach.

    Interior upgrades include new carpet in bedrooms, ceiling fans in bedrooms, ceramic plank tile flooring throughout the living areas, central A/C and heating, dual paned windows, quartz countertops in kitchen, new kitchen cabinets, stainless steel appliances and new furnishings!

    Each of the 3-bedrooms include a comfy king size bed. Wake up in the large master suite with direct views of the beach. There is a separate laundry room consisting of a full size washer and dryer.

    For parking, use the 1 car garage and the additional assigned parking space behind garage. H:7' W:8' L:19' San Diego Sunset does not guarantee your vehicle will be able to fit in the parking space provided, nor are we able to provide additional parking if the assigned parking is too small.

    Unit is within a small, gated complex ideal for a quiet family vacation!

    You must be 25 years of age or older in order to rent this condo. San Diego Sunset kindly asks that you and your guests treat this condo as if it were your own. The owners put a lot of time and hard work into remodeling this property for your enjoyment so please leave it just as nice for the next guest.

    No party and no excessive noise policies are strictly enforced. Maximum overnight occupancy of 6 adults is strictly enforced.

The beach view was the best thing about the property. The kitchen was fully stocked. However, the property is outdated; definitely not 'luxury.' The rug in the living area is very dirty as are the common areas. The condo and furniture need a thorough cleaning and updating. We 3 older girls have rented many VRBO locations especially beachside and this was our least favorite. Driveway/garage are difficult for anything larger than a small vehicle; impossible for larger vehicle and no parking outside garage allowed. Property managers were responsive to questions.

We love this location, steps to the bay which is perfect for our 4 and 6 year old (no waves but can play in the sand and water). Love the big patio. It could use a few little updates (blinds were broken) maybe some extra pillows. But overall it was well stocked. We stayed for a week our family of 4 and my parents and had a lovely time. Parking is quite tight so wouldn’t recommend a giant SUV at this property. The check in procedures didn’t really make sense and had codes for doors that weren’t at this property. But we figured it out. I would definitely stay here again.
