Sitting area can be closed off from bedroom, or left open for an 'open penthouse feel'. Full kitchen with gas stove, oven and microwave, Keurig coffee maker and coffees/teas, blender, utencils, pots and pans, flatware, plates and acrylic plates/tumblers for outdoor use. Deck off of living area with large outdoor couch and lighted umbrella.
