Located on a narrow peninsula, you are steps away from the tranquil bay, buzzing beach, active boardwalk, and signature Belmont Park with rides and restaurants overlooking the ocean. After a day of enjoying the beach life, relax on the front patio, fire up the grill, and turn on the fire pit. NOTE: Nothing bigger than an SUV is allowed in our parking spots due to potentially blocking other vehicles from getting in or out. Registration number: STR-03150L This studio is perfectly located to experience all Mission Beach has to offer. Steps from Mission Bay and Mission Beach, the space features a Murphy bed which folds out into a living room that has a new couch, flat screen TV, full bathroom, kitchen featuring the basics, and two counter height stools for dining. The front patio is shared with one other unit that is directly next door also on the second story. It has a gas grill and gas fire pit, plenty of seating as well as outdoor table. Also included are beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, and an umbrella. Registration number: STR-03150L Exclusive access to the studio itself, front patio is shared with the unit directly next door if anyone is staying there at the same time. I have lived in San Diego for over 30 years and want you to absolutely LOVE your stay here! My team and I will be available to answer any questions you have throughout your entire stay. We are very quick to respond should you need anything at all during your stay. This stretch of Mission Beach is the epitome of an amazing beach vacation. With access to Mission Bay and Mission Beach within seconds, every water sport you can think of is within reach. During the days, you'll see bikers, scooters, rollerbladers, runners, and walkers enjoying both the bay-side and beach-side boardwalks. Both beaches offer something for everyone, from the calm beach of the bay to the roaring beach of the Pacific. The area has endless dining options, great beach bars, a nearby beach front amusement park, grocery stores and markets. Everything you'll want to access is walk-able and you can easily rent bikes and scooters nearby. If you rent a car, we have an assigned uncovered parking space for you onsite! Uber and Lyft are very popular around here and you can get a ride within minutes since they generally hang around Belmont. Electric Scooters (Birds) are also a popular and convenient option. In addition, bikes are great for the boardwalk and there are multiple places to rent them nearby. The front patio is shared with one other unit that is directly next door also on the second story. Additional Note: There is a non-refundable 2.9% charge upon booking. The location is great with multiple shops and restaurants and coffee shops around. The only thing about the location to be aware of is that it can be loud at night as it is close to a few bars that play loud music. It was a holiday weekend, which may have impacted the noise too. It was nice to have a parking spot, the bed is comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you need. The host was communicative. Unfortunately, the couch had been broken before I arrived and that was an added discomfort for me. But Alan told me about it before I arrived and check in was smooth. Overall, my stay was great. If you’re not visiting over a busy holiday and if the previous tenants don’t break the couch ;) I highly recommend staying here! I’ll be staying again for sure. ##### Laura W. By that time it was later in the evening. Finally he said he would send a repair person, but he couldn’t be there until the following night at 7:00 pm. I was leaving the next morning at 10:00 so it wouldn’t help me. It would have nice to send a repair person when I first contacted him. I bought groceries to cook the first night and ended up having to eat out the whole time, which is expensive and not in the diet I follow for my health. He just said sorry for the inconvenience. And you can’t text his number, you have to message through the app, which meant all day as I was out trying to enjoy my trip, I had to log into the app, get a code, and wait to get an email back, them go back to the place, try the lighter or whatever he said, log back in, send him a message, wait for an email.
