### 3 bed 3 bath condo in Ocean Beach

Enjoy this modern home built in 2015\. It has a kitchen/great room that opens up to a spacious balcony overlooking the beach and the city park, or walk out the door to put your feet in the sand and the water! Rumor has it that surfing was first introduced to San Diego in 1916 at this exact location. So bring your surfboards and boogie boards and give it a try. Or bring your dog, since Ocean Beach is also home to the Original Dog Beach where people and pets, beach lovers and surfers celebrate one of Southern California's last true beach towns. Let your four-legged friend run and play leash-free in the sand and surf.  
  
In addition to its beachside location, across the street and around the corner on Newport Avenue you will find dozens of small and independent restaurants, bars, coffee shops, ice cream parlors, and boutiques to satisfy all of your food and shopping cravings.  
  
Be sure to check out the municipal pier, nationally famous burger joint Hodad;s, and if you are lucky enough to be here on a Wednesday (year round), enjoy the Farmer's Market which features locally grown produce, artisan products, food vendors & live music. Other popular events include the OB Kite Festival in May, the famous Street Fair & Chili Cook-off in June, the Fourth of July Drone Light Show, the Sunset Cliffs Car Show in September, OB Oktoberfest, and the Holiday Parade in December. If you are really lucky, perhaps you will see some of the “Parrots of Ocean Beach”, which is a flock of an estimated 200 to 300 wild parrots who make the Ocean Beach neighborhood their home..  
  
Ocean Beach is a short drive from Sea World, Belmont Amusement Park, Little Italy, and many other San Diego attractions when you are ready to take a break from the beach.

#### view is good but stuff is broken

Pluses: Lovely view... really, one of the best we have had in San Diego. Comfortable furniture. Great location. Minuses: 2 of the 3 showers are not useable: no hot water, no water pressure (as in drips), and one shower doesn't drain. Air conditioner doesn't work. 2 coffee mugs for a place that houses 6 people. But, the worst of it was that when we called the weekend contact number, we got no response. For over $700/night once you pay taxes and fees, it is reasonable to expect that they won't rent the place if major things are not working. I even emailed the management company after returning from the trip to ask what accommodations could be made since there were so many shortfalls in what was promised and what was delivered. No response.

Home overlooks the beach which is beautiful but all bedrooms face the beach parking lot amd that was loud all the time. The condo is located directly next to the dumpster for the condos so flies are always on your balcony amd the kitchen if you open the windows to the porch. You have to have windows open because there is no AC. Sheets on bed were clearly dirty as there was another persons literal body mark on the aheets. The elevator was broken with no posted sign add thank goodness another renter advised us otherwise we would have gotten stuck inside. Several of the bedroom windows had broken parts so they didnt open or close properly if at all. For the amount being charged there should not of been this many issues.
