Guests can expect to hear street noise at night. ☀ This property has 5 apartments on it. Our 3 units share one building and the back of the property has another 2 units with long term renters. The entrance to the complex is shared with the other tenants as well as the front yard area with picnic tables. Each unit has its own private picnic table. \*\*Any violations of the house rules or any terms of this Agreement will be subject to fine and/or termination by the Host.\*\* 1) No parties, large gatherings or unauthorized guests. Maximum occupancy for this property is 5 people. There shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation. 2) No smoking, drugs or illegal substances anywhere on property. There shall be a minimum fine of $1,000 for this violation. 3) Quiet hours 10pm-8am. Be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels down at night. There shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation. 4) Must be 21 years and older to book. 5) No pets allowed on property unless specifically stated in the listing; there shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation. Our son had never been to the beach or put his toes in the ocean, we were 2 blocks from the beach so it was perfect. The place is clean, modern and comfortable for the 3 of us. Mark is very easy to work with and responsive. Highly recommend this place if you need a getaway. The only downside is the lack of parking, BUT that was communicated to us and was a known factor when we decided to stay. You have to be willing to park on the street and walk a few blocks.
