A great location for a few days in San Diego. We were touring colleges so the location was central for going anywhere in the area. The house had a ton of charm and the deck was amazing to relax each evening. Bill was checking in on us throughout our stay and made sure we had everything we needed. This is an older property and has a lot of stairs BUT well worth making those steps. Quiet neighborhood and in a perfect location near Old Town, Little Italy, and Gaslamp area. We stayed for a week and enjoyed every bit of it. The view was something we all enjoyed both during the day and at night. The location was perfect too. The view was also beautiful, being able to see how the weather changing from such a great view was awesome. Instructions for check in & check out were very clear. No complaints at all. But of course it’s the view and the deck that wins it over. Beautiful sunsets, nice evening breezes. If you are an aviation buff, this is an airplane spotters Paradise overlooking San Diego airport. Extremely comfortable and cozy accommodations. Everything from a complete kitchen, laundry, sofas, chairs and comfortable beds made our stay easy, convenient and relaxing. The location is pretty much in the middle of everything with easy access to most places. What I enjoyed the most was the patio. Amazing sunsets and views of the city, Coronado and Point Loma.
