Reduced price. On the sand with 180 degree view of water! We are on the second and third floors which give you a 180 degree view of Sail Bay from both floors. In San Diego it is rare to find A/C at the beach but we have two portable a/c units each cooling approximately 600 square feet of space. On the quiet Bay side, the beach is right in front of you and surf all a few steps away. This is the perfect vacation retreat, located on beautiful and relaxing Sail Bay/Mission Bay on the beach, walk to nearby restaurants, shopping and nightlife. A new market just opened a 2 minute walk.Better Buz Coffee a 2nminutecwalk. Located directly on the boardwalk you can walk or bike easily to anywhere in Pacific Beach or Mission Beach. There are numerous stores 2-3 minute walk from the property that rent bikes. We also have beach towels and chairs included. The 1 car parking space is on the ground floor with the living room, dining room, kitchen, and office on the second floor. There are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the third floor. Incredible views from the balconies of Sail Bay. This is not your typical beachy chic rental. We take pride in our unit and have furnished it with modern comfortable furniture. We even have an office area in the condo so you just have to hook your laptop and can work from the beach, if you need to. The bathrooms and kitchen have all been recently redone. The quartz counter kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils, and accessories from blender, toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker, etc. enjoy grilling on the balcony while watching the jet ski rides or have a romantic candle light dinner on the balcony looking at the evening lights over the bay. From yoga on paddle boards to sailing the bay...its all in your front yard. Walk two blocks to the surf on the beach side for amazing sunsets. Free wireless, smart TVs for when you don't want to be on the go. The unit includes one uncovered parking spot right under the unit with plenty of extra storage for all of your beach toys. In addition, there is a large public parking lot a short distance away making it easy for extra cars or visitors. For the few days you need A/C we have two portable air cooling units. Each unit cools approximately 600 square feet. We had one issue with a loose toilet and it was fixed immediately. I would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area. Book this rental and you won’t be disappointed. ##### Kimberly G. The views over the bay were gorgeous and our favourite was the 3 minute walk to the beach - the sunsets at mission beach really are something else. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans and the beds were very comfy. Nice and quite on an evening. Such a great place to explore the Mission bay/beach area. ##### Laura G. We really enjoyed our stay in San Diego! The condo was clean and a good amount of space for my family. The location was perfect! We rented a water trampoline in the bay one day and we went spent a lot of time on both the bay side and the ocean as it was a quick walk. I would highly recommend! ##### Jackie M. Good location with easy access to San Diego attractions and restaurants. When the storm came in, the Oceanside was very windy, but the bay was relatively calm. But you’re still with in easy walking distance to the Oceanside Beaches. ##### Greg L. Its easy to walk to several nearby places for breakfast, lunch or dinner. It has a parking place which is a must for the beach area! It's a short walk to the ocean and the board walk there. Having a light there at Santa Clara is helpful to getting to the condo area you don't miss your turn :) ##### chris w. My husband and I spent a week in this beautiful condo on Mission Bay. It was everything we could have asked for. Quiet, very clean, safe, comfortable king bed, great shower and a wonderfully decked out kitchen. It’s very convenient to everything, we played tennis at Barnes in Point Lona, we golfed at Coronado, we ate wonderful food in La Jolla. Thank you, David, for being a great Manager! Terrific stay. I rented this place for my daughter and her college roommate. They just told me yesterday there were ants in the kitchen during their entire stay, but I’m sure the host would’ve taken care of that had they told me then. Otherwise, their stay was terrific. Everything was within walking distance. They did say all the blinds were not able to keep the sunlight out extremely early in the morning, but that’s not really a big deal either. Probably could use a replacement ceiling light in main shower room otherwise all else in excellent working order including WIFI. This VRBO has excellent outdoor parking for width & length for our 2015 Toyota Highlander. Parking outside could even accommodate a vehicle \~3 inches longer. Beds very comfortable. Bay views excellent with balcony to sit and read as well. Many restaurants & coffee shops are walking distance. With location right on the bay expect just a couple blocks walk to the ocean side. We seemed to hit the bay @ time of perfect weather. If one likes to walk, the bay walk is just a few steps away. Kayak and small boat rentals are walking distance away. We very much enjoyed our stay. ##### Bill S. The condo is in a great location on a quiet bay a couple of blocks from the Pacific. The boardwalk is great for exercising whether walking, running or cycling. Much less congested than the Pacific side. There are several good restaurants within easy walking distance and many of San Diego’s top tourist attractions are within a 15 minute drive. The condo was well equipped. The only things that keep it from being perfect are the parking which is tight on an alley, a Toyota Forerunner, which we rented is a little too long, and the lock boxes to get a key for the building were somewhat confusing to use until you figure them out. Also, the AC is done with portable units that need to be put at the sliding doors to use which were needed in August and the washer and dryer are coin units on the property whereas most VRBO’s where they are noted are in the unit and part of the rental. All of this is noted in the details provided but can be misleading in a casual reading of what is included. We enjoyed the property and would rent again if going to the area. ##### Michael L.
