The apartment is new (new building built in 2018) located in the historic center of San Cristóbal de La Laguna (North Tenerife). It is located less than 5 minutes walk from the pedestrian area, shops and entertainment. The apartment has been decorated with an industrial touch, always taking care of the smallest detail with the aim of making guests feel at home.
Bright and cozy two-room apartment on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with dishes and appliances: fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven and toaster. It consists of 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (queen size) and another bedroom with 2 single beds. The apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. It has Wi-Fi and TV. It is also equipped with a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, clothes line and of course towels and bed linen throughout the stay. The house is at your complete disposal and we have taken care of every last detail to welcome you in a clean and comfortable space, whether you are staying for work or passing through the city. The parking is communal, it can be accessed directly from the elevator.
Located in San Cristóbal de La Laguna, the former capital of Tenerife and one of the two UNESCO World Heritage Sites on the island. It has two parts: the original Upper Town and Lower Town. The apartment is located in Upper Town, in the historic center. The pedestrian street where the apartment is located was also built at the same time as the building, connecting the building with the main streets of the historic center (less than 5 min walk). This means that the apartment is located in a quiet street but at the same time connected to the leisure and shopping area. Access to the garage is on a perpendicular street, making it easy to access the building by car.
