"Conveniently located in the historic center of Guadalajara. We stayed in a room across from a group of travelers. They were loud early in the morning and at night. Especially, when closing the door and did not have any respect for neighbors. Upon arrival to the room we saw some hairs and we requested for the floors to be sweep. The staff came to sweep. However, we asked to use their broom and sweep ourselves for a second round. The root cause of the hairs was that the broom had a lot of hairs. A suggestion is for the staff to remove the hairs from the broom every time they sweep a room. Otherwise, it would spread the hairs from one room to another. Due to this, we did not request a daily cleaning. Other than this, we enjoyed our stay."
