Terminé pagando 2 veces para poder agarrar una habitación Hice el primer pago por Expedía y después hice otro pago directo cuando iba hacer el Check In Nunca recibí ningún Rembolso Solo decidí no volver a reservar en este hotel. Para poder hacer el check in o para que te abrieran la puerta todo tenía que ser mediante WhatsApp.

Comenzando que eso no es un Hotel. No te recibe ningún “bellman” tuvimos que esperar 10 minutos por la persona de recepción para que nos diera acceso en el portón. Luego haciendo la l “check in “ el descubrí que la recepción de internet estaba fatal. Y para terminar el cuarto principal, unico con aire acondicionado que no prendió , con dos cucarachas. Bastó con la llegada y subir con el equipaje para irnos ya que otro de los huéspedes de otra habitación estaba también con quejas de problemas con el aire acondicionado botando agua. Terrible!!

El lugar no es malo pero nos dieron una habitación en reparación, no estaba terminada y aun así nos la dieron. Toallas percudidas, no estaba preparado el sofá para la tercera persona y además estaba muy sucio, tuvimos que desinfectar. La cama muy bien y las sabanas también, cocina equipada y nueva

1. At the reception area, the water dispenser was empty, and there were no cups available. 2. There were no towels in the apartment when I arrived. I requested them, but they were delivered only after I had already taken a shower. 3. I stayed for three nights, and the internet did not work for two of those nights. I reported the issue multiple times, but no solution was provided until the third night. 4. The property does not have clear or visible rules for guests. My second night was especially unpleasant because the neighbors hosted a party with extremely loud music from 10:00 PM until 9:00 AM. No one intervened or enforced any rules. I reported the disturbance through the chat, but I only received responses saying they were "working on it." The party remained completely out of control throughout the night. Security appears to be poor. 5.The parking gate remained open at all times, allowing anyone to enter the common areas. I reported this issue as well, but the gate continued to stay open. 6. The bedroom window did not have a screen, so I was unable to open it without letting insects inside. The property has great potential because it is attractive and well decorated. However, the lack of basic amenities, poor communication, inadequate security, and failure to address guest concerns made my stay very unfortunate.

Terrible service! They made it impossible for us to check-in. There is no "app" to check in. We receieved no instructions to this day on how to check-in, and we arrived at the property to check-in but couldn't due to the non-existant check-in email or app. This was unbearable. And they refused to cancel due to them failing to provide the access codes and still refused to refund. I was lucky that Expedia issued us a courtesy refund because even Expedia recognized them as "difficult". Expedia should stop platforming them. You've been warned.

El servicio al cuarto fue muy malo, se nos vendió un paquete con desayuno incluido por los dos días,.de los cuales ni el restaurante tenían abierto, tenían cocina y no tenían ni aceite para cocinar, pedimos el aceite y nunca llegó, no hicieron el aseo en el cuarto, solo nos pusieron dos toallas y eran tres en personas, tuvimos que pedir, la cafetera no tenía filtrosnpara hacer café, pedimos y nunca llegaron. De verdad pésimo el servicio.
