Just off the great room is a patio overlooking the backyard with bistro seating for two – a peaceful spot for your morning coffee or evening cocktail. The great room flows into the kitchen and dining area, creating an ideal open-concept space for entertaining. The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, Viking gas cooktop, double ovens, French door refrigerator, and dishwasher—fully stocked for all your culinary needs. Planning dinner with friends? Chill your bottle of Rosé in the wine fridge for the perfect temp. The large dining table seats nine, with three more at the kitchen bar for a total of 12\. A cozy sitting area adjacent to the dining room offers a great place to relax by the fire on chilly mornings or nights. Our 2 year old granddaughter was happy to have some sand toys. Flying in from out of state, one can't bring chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, coolers, boogie boards etc. Yet all those really are 'necessary' for a beach vacation. I wouldn’t recommended this location of walking to the beach with young children, older people, or out of shape people. The neighborhood is beautiful! Each house is so unique. With this rental being in a neighborhood… the neighbors are not friendly at all and do not like that there is a VRBO near them so they were not nice. There is VERY LITTLE AND TIGHT parking. We have and truck and suburban and were unable to park them both in the driveway and there was not any available parking when my husband arrived. He parked halfway on the driveway and halfway on the walking path to the house to unload our luggage. The neighbors instantly took photos of his parking and sent to the owner of the house. I would not recommend bringing full size vehicles to this property. The house was very clean and well stocked. I would recommended the owners purchasing new cookware.The teffelon pans were beat up! To the point of us not wanting to use them. Puzzles had MANY missing pieces. The bbq had issues when we got there but property manager was able to get fixed. Overall a great house for large family. But needs some TLC. We will most likely NOT be staying here again because of the vibes the neighbors gave us. They seemed very annoyed and grumpy that we were there. This was our 2nd time staying here. Last time was a better experience. ##### lindsey v.
