These four condos are all located within one building, so all of your guests can stay together while still having plenty of space and privacy. Together, the four units can sleep up to 18 people. Book one, two, three, or all four together, depending on your California accommodation needs! Things to know: Free WiFi Four full kitchens The four condos (Monterrey A, B, C, and D) can be rented individually as well. The garage is small and narrow. Fits up to a mid-size car. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Security camera details: Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) My family came together for my parent’s 50th wedding anniversary and this was the perfect house!! It’s our second time renting it because we loved it so much the first time. We love the four separate units. We love that it is a short walk to the beach, the pier, shops, a free trolley ride, and a beautiful walking trail by the beach. This home has everything we needed including a fantastic ocean view from Unit A and D, patio seating, a few beach chairs, a crock pot, and so much more. My husband and I have had a dream of providing a vacation for our 3 grown children and their families. With the youngest in the Marines, it’s hard to manage the time. Vacasa offered a fourplex that fit all 18 of us and one unit was large enough for us to gather together in for meals and gift opening. First time we had everyone together in 10 years.
