After viewing the photos and reading the descriptions I was certain that the reality would not live up to the hype. However, the home very comfortably provided space for all 9 of our family members; the pool was even more attractive to all from the 5 year old granddaughter to the 72 year old grandparents; and every time I looked out to the ocean the view took my breath away. We had 7 adults and 2 kids. We had plenty of room in this spacious house. The host is phenomenal. He helps the whole stay from questions answered to recommendations on everything. It was a quick drive to the beach, dining and nature. Location was also great because we had activities planned in both San Diego and the LA area. It is in a safe and quiet neighborhood and has incredible ocean views. The house is nicely laid out, well stocked, and has a spectacular pool with hot tub and water slide. We needed at least 5 bedrooms, and wanted a backyard amenity like the pool space at this home.
