"Nice place to stay as it’s very close to airport. Staff is very nice and helpful. Place is very close to beach and the piazza is right outside with many restaurants. We had flight issues so we just stayed for one night and that was plenty."

"I booked this as my last stop before heading to the airport, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience for my last few days!
The location was ideal (close to the airport, without feeling like it!), the room was spacious, beautifully decorated and very well maintained, as were all the common areas. There were lots of things to choose from for the breakfast.
The hosts were kind, welcoming and always helpful.
Glad to have found this little gem, I will definitely be back."

"Grand European style hotel in fabulous building! Excellent check in with a great clerk (male) and check out with Roberta. Other clerks man and woman...not warm, not friendly.
Beautiful upgrade..large spacious ( #420) room. Clean, a bit bland, but comfortable.
I'd recommend it for intrepid travelers who like old grand style.
Ive traveled thought Europe and not stayed in a 4 or 5 star where so many people..waiters, busboys, bellman, housekeepers had not the the understanding of a few words of hospitality English… A cup, a creamer for the coffee, etc.… We travel extensively so it didn't bother us, but I suggest you download an English Italian dictionary.
Hotel had a great location."
"The location is very central to the historic center so most of the historic attractions are with a fifteen minute walk, as are the train and bus terminals to go to other cities. Do keep in mind that this building requires you to carry your luggage up stairs so not a good choice if you pack heavy and will struggle taking heavy bags up two or three floors of stairs."
"This hotel is fine. It wasn’t as nice as in the pictures but honestly if you’re going to be there just for sleeping it’s perfect. It has everything you need and the staff is great. If you’re looking for a fancy hotel I would say pick something else but something easy conveniently located and average it’s perfect. Especially for the price."
"We are so glad we choose this hotel for our visit to Palermo. The perfect location as it is literally right in the city center, within walking distance to everything. It is a beautiful, older, renovated building with wonderful architectural details and plesant surprises around every corner. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating, and were very helpful in arranging transportation and special requests. The rooms are well-sized, very clean, and the beds, linens and pillows of high quality. The air conditioner runs quiet, and the bathroom and shower are large and we'll appointed
As if all of that weren't enough, the rooftop restaurant and bar provide fantastic views of the city. And lastly, the breakfast buffet was well above average and a solid value
Very highly recommended"
"Clean, neat and in a residential area so taxis were not close to the B&B, but the onsite manager was superior in her directions and recommendations for both bus and train access. Air-conditioning was excellent, water pressure in shower was excellent the room even across the street for a church bell site was sound proofed. Breakfast in a breakfast room was well appointed and the food was good - the on-site manager made cappuccinos every morning. Without doubt, when next we visit Palermo, this will be the B& B that we stay in,"
"Pool area is closed in October when I visited. You have to be aware that you must book the airport shuttle at least 24 hours in advance and pay in cash. The shuttle is actually a taxi. room was lovely, big , clean. I was in room 309. I am a single female traveller and I felt safe in the hotel room & restaurant. I was thrilled to see that tea was available at breakfast. The hotel is far from Palermo so if you are staying here, you need a car or check the taxi prices from the hotel to various destinations."
"The breakfast was good. It was clean. The hotel was super clean and all the staff were wonderful. Was it a great spot? Nh Palermo? I highly recommend."
"It was a little old and dated. The beds were hard but so is every other bed we slept in during our trip. Very happy for the price and have no complaints. Will stay again."
"The place was very nice. Right on the ocean.
The breakfast was fantastic. There wasn’t much variety for lunch or supper. So we walked off the property.
I would NOT recommend the pedicure. It’s a “dry pedicure” it hurt so much! No water is used to let your feet soak. No lotion, nothing. So painful!
The staff were very helpful and friendly."
