Das Appartement ist sehr nahe am Strand und einem Hiperdino, was sehr praktisch ist. Allerdings ist es auch direkt neben einem Club, der die ganze Nacht laut Musik spielt, Türen und Fenster haben absolut keine Schallisolierung. Wenn man selber die ganze Nacht Party macht ist das bestimmt kein Problem, wenn man schlafen will schon ... Die Bratpfannen in der Küche sind gedellt und sollten ersetzt werden, ausserdem ist kein Salz oder Öl vorhanden, was ja aber auch nicht zwingend erwartet werden kann. Die Wohnung hat wie im Inserat beschrieben kein W-LAN. Die Balkontür lässt sich von aussen verschliessen und nicht wieder öffnen, man kann sich also im 3ten Stock aussperren. Bei unserer Ankunft ist das Wasser nicht gelaufen und das Schlafzimmerfenster sowie das Badzimmerfenster (welche zum Flur hinaus zeigen, wo Bewohner anderer Appartements durchlaufen) waren nicht verschliessbar, es hätten also andere Appartementbewohner einfach einsteigen können. Diese beiden Probleme wurden dann nach unserer Anfrage am nächsten Tag bei der 24-Stunden Rezeption behoben, diese hat allerdings eigentlich ausser der Schlüsselabgabe nichts mit dem Appartementvermieter zu tun und hat uns einfach aus gutem Willen geholfen. Leider kommt sehr wenig Sonne in das Appartement und man kann es nur mit Durchzug lüften, wenn man zuhause ist, weil die Fenster eben zum Flur hinaus zeigen. ##### Chantal T.
