### Timon Suites San Agustin II

Renovated, fully-equipped apartment with porch terrace and shared swimming pool, with an excellent location in a quiet area of San Agustin and very close to Las Burras beach, and with all services available for a perfect holiday in the south of Gran Canaria.  
  
The apartment features a ground floor with a wide living room with seating and TV area, an open fully equipped kitchen with dining area, and a toilet. The living room has glass sliding doors that open to a covered porch terrace with an outdoor seating/dining area and nice views to a quiet common garden. The top floor has a main bedroom with a king-size bed and a private balcony terrace, a second bedroom with two twin beds, and full bathroom with shower. The entrance has a private garden, and the porch terrace is open to a large common garden with a shared swimming pool and bbq area.  
  
The apartment has been fully renovated recently and has free WIFI. There is a covered private parking space for one car next to the apartment. There are plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, and shopping centers in the area. The access to the motorway is 100 meters away and the airport is 20 minutes away.
