Pasito Villas Deluxe I

  • New-construction, fully-equipped independent villa with private sun terrace and shared swimming pool, located at the private yacht club Pasito Blanco, with wonderful views of the port and the sea, at walking distance from the Pasito Blanco beach, and with all services available for a perfect holiday in the south coast of Gran Canaria.

    Located on one of the best yacht clubs of the island, with nice parks and walking areas, access to its beach and to its private sea club with restaurant, chill out and swimming area, and right next to the wonderful Meloneras Golf Course. It allows a relaxed stay on the south of the island, very close from its main touristic attractions like Meloneras Boulevard, but without the noise of its streets and commercial areas. It is perfect to spend a holiday enjoying sport activities such as golf, cycling, fishing or sailing, or just to relax on its swimming pool with wonderful sea views.

    The villa is distributed in one single floor at street level, and consists of a fully-equipped open kitchen and a wide and luminous living/dining area, connected through big glass sliding doors to a wide sun terrace, with outdoor seating, lounging and dining areas, and 3 wonderful independent double suites, each with its own private full bathroom and dressing area. Guests also have access to a larger common pool.

    There is free WIFI and air conditioning throughout the villa. It has plenty of street parking area at the door of the house. The yacht club urbanisation is private, with continuous surveillance, supermarket, and restaurant. Access to the motorway is less than 1 km away and the airport is 30 minutes away.

Splendid week in Pasito Blanco

The villa was perfect for us as a family. Walk through closets with including toilets was the perfect set up. Big sunny padio for breakfast, lunch and dinner was excellent. My 1,5yr old daughter could practice her walking/playing here without us having to fear her going out on the road or close to a pool. It was just fantastic. Very nice to know that the area was private as well, with the friendly security staff on site. We could park our car right outside. The beach and the gym came to good use too. 5/5 for the whole stay, will recommend all my friends.

Schöner Urlaub mit Schreckmoment

Das Haus ist toll und vor allem sehr gut ausgestattet. Geschirr, Gläser und Küchenutensilien sind reichlich vorhanden, die 3 Bäder plus zusätzlicher Toilette absolut ausreichend.Eine schöne Terrasse mit ausreichend Sitz- und Liegemöbeln, Waschmaschine und Trockner runden die Ausstattung ab.Leider hatten wir einen Schreckmoment, weil in unserer Abwesenheit bei uns eingebrochen wurde und Wertsachen gestohlen wurde.

Sehr schöne Villa in Pasito Blanco

Wunderschöne Villa im ruhigen und friedlichen Pasito Blanco. Die Villa ist toll eingerichtet mit sehr bequemen Möbeln und Betten und auch die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Nur wenige Fussminuten zum Meer oder dem kleinen Sandstrand. In Pasito hat es auch einen kleinen Supermarkt, aber es empfieht sich ein Mietauto. In 5-10 Minuten ist man in Maspalomas, Melomeras oder in Playa del Ingles und kann Ruhe gegegn etwas „Leben“ tauschen um dann schnell wieder ins ruhige Paradies zu verschwinden. Perfekte Lage und doch alles rundherum ganz schnell erreichbar. Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt persönlich und sehr freundlich und nicht nur anonym via Schlüsselbox. Reaktionen bei Rückfragen kommen immer blitzschnell. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Das Haus hat durch fröhliche helle Farben und die moderne neue Einrichtung unsere Urlaubstage ganz besonders verschönert. Die große Terrasse mit guten Loungemöbeln war ideal für unsere Zeit als Familie. Wir haben nochmal Sonne getankt vor dem Winter!
