Our family was visiting Grand Canaria and looking for a spot near the beach. This was within walking distance to the beach and the boardwalk. There was also enough space for 8 people! The view from the roof terrace was breathtaking and simply beautiful! It was quiet at night and you could sleep well! We received beach towels and the house has a washing machine and tumble dryer! We had a great stay! Cons: The downstairs bathrooms were smelly from time to time, the house next door was being remodeled so we had construction noise. Too bad we were not informed of this! Luckily the work started after 8 so we could sleep in and after a day at the beach the workers were gone! Die Dachterasse ist wunderschön. Uns hätte noch ein Tisch gepasst mit einem Sonnenschutz. Die Küche ist eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Es hat auch einen Grill draussen. Die Strandnähe ist perfekt und es hat viele Möglichkeiten zum Essen in der Nähe. Cons: Der Tisch im Aussenbereich ist etwas klein für 8 Personen. Ansonsten hat es kleinere Renovationsbedürfnisse, die aber weiter nicht stören für einen erholsamen Urlaub.
