Fully equipped apartment with private terrace and shared swimming pool, with wonderful sea view and an excellent location in front of Las Burras Beach in San Agustin, and with all services available for a perfect holiday in the south of Gran Canaria.  
  
The apartment features a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room with sofa and large smart-tv, a balcony terrace with outdoor dining and lounging furniture and sea views, two double bedrooms, and a full bathroom with shower.  
  
Guests have access to a big shared swimming pool and common sun-bathing area of the complex. There is free WIFI. The Las Burras Beach is 200 meters away.
