Halfway between some fantastic beaches, it is only 10 minutes’ walk away from the beach “Las Burras”, 15 minutes’ walk away from the beach “San Agustin”, 15 minutes’ walk away from the beach “El Veril” and 20 minutes’ walk away from the beach “Playa del Inglés”. Other 20 minutes’ walk to “Maspalomas” with its famous dunes filled landscape is accessible by continuing the walk from “Playa del Inglés”. All was perfect organized, from our arrival, during the stay to our departure. The Apartment was very clean at our Arrival. We recommend to take an extra cleaning during your stay. For a very reasonable price, Monica will cleans, Change bedclothes and towels, so that you will get the Apartment so well prepared just like you will find it at your first day stay. It is very well located on the top of the Apartment complex, is very calm and Close enough to all activities of San Agustin (Shopping Center, Supermarkets, Restaurants, etc). It takes only few minutes walk to the beach, but we spend the almost time at the beautiful pool and magnific gardens. The Apartment has been completelly renovated and all is new. We appreciated a lot all the touristic and insider information provided by Gerardo. We have already booked for next year and we have already begin to count the days until we come back. There is only one Thing we didnt like: unfortunatelly the apartment is not our property. But this is not a big problem, as Gerardo told us we are always welcome. Für unseren 3-wöchigen Aufenthalt haben wir alles vorgefunden, was man in einer Ferienwohnung erwartet und braucht. Wir können uns gut vorstellen, einmal wiederzukommen.
