Despite the quirky layout and the unusual furniture choices,Bella Vista is a lovely villa and a great place to stay. When the sun shines on the terrace, it is delightful. We have enjoyed our visit, using the local shops and supermarkets. Mikhail has been a wonderful host, great to meet him. Not too far from the restaurants and town but some may find it a distance from the beach. As it was February the pool didn't get warm enough to use regularly but the courtyard certainly gets enough sun throughout the day for the time of year.Good communication from the host, Mikhail, and the check-in process worked fine. You can see a lot of effort is made to keep the upkeep of the grounds and in the apartment to a high standard. It was very clean. We had a hire car, which is needed to be able to explore, car parking was never an issue outside of the property. No air con, which I would say was the only downside, but we managed and had a fan to keep us cool at night. Schnell haben wir uns an die verwinkelten Treppen der Souterrainwohnung gewöhnt. Die Wohnung ist groß, hat ein schönes Klima und ist mit allen Notwendigkeiten ausgestattet. Die freundlichen Vermieter wohnen im Haus und sind schnell zu kontaktieren, falls es Probleme geben sollte, ließen uns aber die Privatsphäre auf der sichtgeschützten Terrasse am Pool genießen. Wir hatten ein Mietauto und hatten auch immer vor dem Haus Platz zum Parkieren. Die Terrasse und der eigene Pool laden zum Baden oder verweilen ein.
