Terraced bungalow, corner, with practical side window, with lots of charm. With a useful surface approx. 50 m2 distributed in two floors: \* Low level: Living room with sofa bed of high quality, very comfortable in sitting and as a bed. Satellite TV ASTRA, Radio, CD Player, DVD Player Air conditioning inverter system (cold and heat) Nice and comfortable decoration, Modern kitchen with ample storage capacity, Large terrace very well furnished with dining table and 4 chairs, two armchairs and coffee table, two chairs with comfortable mats. The terrace is fenced, has access door and is surrounded by plants for privacy. \* Top floor: 1 double room with large bed of 1.60 x 1.90 m, with two high-end single mattresses, 1 full bathroom and a balcony with excellent views. Capacity for 2 people and at most one extra guest, or 2 adults and 2 children. \* Additional equipment: Washing machine, large capacity fridge freezer with 3 drawers no frost, 2-ring ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, electric kettle, table-top electric barbecue, electric mixer, electric oven with grill, towels, sheets and blankets 100% cotton, beach towels, vacuum cleaner, utensils and cleaning products. Soap, toilet paper, hand dishwasher, etc. This bungalow facing south / south-east is very bright and sunny and has plenty of outdoor space, both private and for community use. It is fully equipped with everything you need to spend a pleasant and comfortable holiday. The common areas include gardens, a large pool with sun loungers, separate children's pool. Ideal for family vacations. The Bungalow is located in Campo Internacional de Maspalomas. It is a privileged area, quiet, flat, with large green areas, plants and flowers all year round, ideal for walking, cycling. Here you will find all kinds of services near the complex. And, no less important: an absolutely fantastic climate all year round. There is a bus stop directly in front of the complex that communicates directly with the airport. There is direct entrance and exit to the GC1 motorway at 400 m. Cars can be parked for free directly in front of the complex or nearby. In this tourist complex there is a supermarket and, adjacent to the complex there is a small shopping center with bars, restaurant, shops. Very close to the complex, about 150 m away, there is the Faro II Shopping Center as well as several theme parks. Other large shopping centers about 10 and 15 minutes away on foot. Maspalomas beach. Sandy beach, with crystal clear water at about 1600 m. Golf course about 200 m. Bars restaurants, car rental, tennis courts, bicycle rental around the complex. Distance to Gran Canaria Airport approx. 30 km Bus stop directly in front of the complex. Communicates directly with the airport and the City of Las Palmas. In the area, within walking distance, there are several activities and tourist attractions: Aqualand Maspalomas, Palmitos Park Maspalomas, and much more. There are activities for all tastes. However, unfortunately I have to say that I was disappointed with the rest of the place - the pool was OK and peaceful first thing in the morning but then from about 10.30 onwards every day just had shouting and screaming kids in it (not what I had expected or wanted!) up until 8.00 every evening. Not sure why the pool area is locked either (the whole complex is private and you need keys to get in the front gate so why lock the pool?) .. the shop next door is "underground" and is fairly dark and dingy, went there once (that was enough) ... walked up to the hypermarket the rest of the time - but this wasn't too far. Overall, yes the bungalow was all it could have been, but unfortunately there was not the peace and relaxation I had been looking for. Obviously this is my personal opinion and I'm sure a couple or family will find it completely different. ##### Mandy R.
