Property and service was great, except for my vehicle was broken into the first night. Nothing was stolen, I ensured nothing was left behind to tempt anyone to break in. Other than that, I enjoyed the stay.

This is an absolute amazing place to be!. It’s family friendly, clean, quiet and welcoming. The breakfast was especially most wonderful. Ms. Rosa’s mexican homemade salsa was the best highlight of our stay. Plus she is one beautiful wonderful lady. Will stay here each time I’m at San Antonio.

The location is convenient for Sea World. The hotel could have been cleaner & kept better. Other reviews mentioned car break in, thank God i did not have an issue! Before you travel totally clean the inside of it & leave nothing in it! I absolutely hated the fact that house keeping only came every other day and we weren't notified at check-in!

I like the location of the hotel, because it was close to proximity to our activities in San Antonio. However, we had to continuously ask for towels (we stayed for 3 days and I know they come tidy up every other day) because housekeeping didn’t leave any towels when the came to attend to the room. Also, the breakfast was subpar at best and was very confusing. It was in separate sides of the hotel. The staff was very friendly.
