Basic and Clean
Pretty basic hotel. Rooms were clean. It’s near a lot a food and coffe places. By the Interstate so some might find it too noisy. But if you rest with diesel hum it’s a good value. Good TV no refrigerator.

Guy that checked me in belittled me Infront of cus
The towels had dirty spots all over them. The sheets looked as if someone else had laid in them before I did without the washing in-between visits. The guy that checked me in was horrible. I had already paid for my room through a third party but he was still trying to make me pay at checkin a second time. He was telling me that my card was just authorized not actually charged and told me since I am questioning him that I had to wait for him to check in everyone else. And then with the customers he proceeded to make comments about how I didn't have a clue what I was talking about and making fun of me. Then because I had worked outside to help my mother he was talking about how I had my hair done nails done a nice fancy outfit on...lol...not! His remarks where horrible. Just for me to finally get my turn after having to wait forever it seemed. He finally listened to me when I asked him to check his email that I knew that the receipt was there that I had already paid for it. And I got an u were absolutely correct ma'am everything u said. You did already pay for it. My bad and then he laughed. He was so rude to me. That alone makes me never ever want to go back to that hotel ever again

David was amazing!!
I must say David at checking was amazing! Be sure to keep him around. He was very attentive and inviting. The room was clean but there were roaches. They didn’t scare me. With the service they provide they should look into exterminating. Overall excellent!

Don’t judge a book by its cover
My son only stayed one night because he’s a really light sleeper and the motel is next to a highway. Plus there was some hammering going on in a nearby room. The motel isn’t in the greatest location, and is on the older side, but the room was actually nice and very clean! Great rates and the staff was great, too! Very helpful and understanding. I want to give a shout out to Eric for his excellent customer service 😊

Exterior, elevator, and rooms need to be cleaned and updated. Cleaning and upkeep are needed.

Great customer service
Eric at the front desk was awesome . He had two people in front of me when we arrived. He was friendly courteous and professional. Greeted me as I walked in, made eye contact. They were expecting me since I had emailed them early on . He had my key ready. Room was clean.

It was a good location, but our door was broken and maintenance or the office staff had to keep coming to open it. Our room was supposed to have a blow dryer and didn't. When we asked the girl acted like she didn't understand English!

Worst place ever
This is the worst hotel this place is filthy mold on the towel and the front desk became very rude when I told her I wanted to leave because of the room being so dirty she even threw my deposit back at me I have never had a problem with a hotel through this website until now I hope Hotels.com takes this off the list if you have the extra money just put it to a better hotel where your car won’t be broken into due to the homeless living in there staircases.
