Little house 6 mins from Downtown San Antonio
Welcome to our home. Enjoy the confort of two queen beds, a full bathroom and a complete kitchen. This place is perfect just to relax your head after a full day touring the city or to bake your favorite dishes and enjoy a bbq just like home. The house is strategically located near downtown and The Pearl and very accessible to Six Flags and Sea World. The backyard of the house is not available as an amenity at the moment. We heard our guests and learn from them. We have upgraded our AC and heating systems. If bbq is used, it must be cleaned after used. Guest can check in any time after 3:00 pm. We offer the confort of arriving without the pressure of getting into the house at a specific time. Right now we are just offering stays with a minimum of 30 days length. Our cleaning rate covers an additional cleaning that we are willing to offer at the middle of the stay. Guests have the option to discard that at their own expense.
Bedding and towels are provided for personal use. Cleaning rugs and floor towels are provided for other purposes.
Cleaning fees cover basic cleaning. Deep cleaning or tough stains may inquire in an additional cost.
Smoking is not allowed in the house. If smoke odor is detected, additional fees may be charged.
Pets are not allowed at the moment.

Family visit to san Antonio
Manager canceled and moved us to another location. House was not fit for renting. We were moved after the date of refund and so late in the game that left us with limited options to find another location.
