Great Stay!!
This is our families 2nd time at this hotel and have enjoyed every moment. We especially enjoy our ability to cook for our family in the room and the spaciousness it provides. Everything was wonderful. The front desk receptionist was very friendly and sweet.

The guest above were running often, the guest adjacent were loud past quiet time. I slept poorly. I called twice. I was offered a room on the fourth floor, but was too exhausted to relocate.

The room was very dirty. Broken chair. Door that will not close, refrigerator making sounds and very old. We opened the sofa bed and it was full of potato chips, and couldn’t use it. The carpet was very dirty. The bed was not made up properly. This was not at all as good as other HomeWood Suites we’ve been before. We didn’t like it at all.

I called from the airport when I landed for a shuttle to pick me up. The driver helped me with my bags and made me feel very welcome. I was able to check in quickly. The room was spacious, with lots of amenities. Huge fridge, microwave, dishes & silverware. It was as good as any Air B&B and a great price.

When I went to front desk to ask for supply like trash bags and toilet paper front desk always took care of that asap. Very friendly staff If I do come back I will be staying here.

I know that my comment to my stay in my reservation is not always available or making the stay of my request available. Yet, when I book my hotels I ask to be in a less traffic because of a reason I can't sleep I have a hard time sleeping. Hearing the next door guest hacking up a lung and the ice machine and people just loud talking. I was not able to get good rest at all. When I checked in I was not greeted well as I must say she was completely dry and was no smile and just hurry me out. I never had such of dry experience in the hotel that I usually stay in when I come back to my hometown. Hopefully next time is better or I might look for another hotel to stay in when I come home.

Had a better stay at an Americas Best Value inn
The pool had a cockroach in it. Maintenance worker said it’s closed for cleaning, then I saw him take the cockroach out of the pool and was sweeping. Our room had old dog food in it. Only one working elevator which was broken the next morning and as a disabled person I had to be in pain walking up and down the steps. Person doing the breakfast could not keep up with the demand for drinks and my whole family had breakfast without anything to drink. Needs to invest in the drink dispenser as other hotels have. I figured this being a hotel owned by the Hilton it would be held to a much higher standard and not be a disappointing experience.

For the money, a great place to stay
My family and I had a wonderful stat at his hotel. We had the great breakfast every morning, used the laudromat, had plenty of free parking, employees bent over backward for us. I'd stay there again when visiting San Antonio. This place was so close to all the sights we wanted to visit. The Alamo,Doseum, Riverwalk, not mention right across from the Airport.
