The neighborhood is a little sketchy at first but no issues beyond looks. It was actually a nice central location to get to everything. The riverwalk is 10 minutes away, and sea world was 15 minutes the other way. Hot tub was nice. Only complaint was the light shining from the road into the front bedroom. Everything was very clean.
