clean and bare

Overall this property is clean and the owner answers promptly and is helpful. The beds are definitely full sized and not queen sized and were probably the most uncomfortable hard bed i’ve ever slept on. property is VERY bare bones and you can tell the cheapest version of everything was provided like side tables and lamps. No TV anywhere but the living room so If you have issues with that i wouldn’t book here but overall it was a good experience if you’re not planning on spending a lot of time hanging out there.

Nice, spacious, and new Property

We went to San Antonio to attend our son's Lackland AFB Graduation. The property was less than 15 minutes away from the base ... however, it was in a developing area that didn't have much of anything really close by. The host was very easy to communicate with, quick to respond to inquiries, and accommodating. The property was new, nice, and clean .. but quite bare. There were a few things unavailable for us that I suggest may be helpful to have available for future guests. Some of these items include: Hangers for the closets, extra pillows and blankets, more hand towels vs washcloths for bathrooms, full length mirrors for bedrooms, ice cube trays for freezer. There were also coffee K-cups but no Keurig available? Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay at this property .. thank you!

Host communicated very well. There was an issue with the AC. Host worked promptly to reslove this issue. I was in town for wedding and visiting family. We were not going to spend time waiting for the repair man. But we got the situation resloved. We were happy. Host contacted us to ensure we were happy and comfortable. I said we were much more comfortable. I really did NOT like or care for. The host remotely changing the temperature. I told him we were comfortable with the temperature set at 70. We came back to the house. And it was remotely changed 74. If i am paying i think we should have say on the temperature that we were comfortably at. Also in the amenities. Stated there was a hot tub? I have clue where it was. I did not stay there for a hot tub so no biggie to us. The bathmat slid and move when in the shower. My elderly father almost fell due to mat. Just make sure the makes are secure before getting in the tubs. Other than that it was a great location. Easy to get to close to and near nice points to visit.
