HOUSE RULES:

• Pets are welcome! A maximum of 2 pets is allowed. A $100 pet fee per pet applies and must be disclosed at booking. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and preventing damage, excessive shedding, or odors. Unauthorized pets will result in a $200 fine, and excessive pet hair or damage may incur additional cleaning or repair charges.
• Smoking: We do not allow smoking inside the apartment. $250 Ozone treatment and $250 fabric treatment will apply.
• Parties or Events: This is an awesome place to stay for families, couples, or small groups, but if you are thinking of having a party, this won't be the right listing for you.
• Additional Guest: We do not allow additional guests which are not listed in the reservation.
- In order to maintain safety and security for your stay, a front-doorbell camera is installed that is only focused towards the public common area outside the unit and is recording the events.
• Quiet hours: 9 PM to 8 AM.

ADDITIONAL RULES:
• Please pick up after yourself during your stay to avoid any excessive cleaning fees charged by the cleaners.
• Upon checking out, please help us maintain our property by disposing of all trash outside. The trash bins are located on the right side of the property.
• Please help us with dishes by running a cycle in the dishwasher prior to checking out.
• Communicate any issues you have as soon as you become aware of them so we can lend a helping hand.

Cute place near River Walk

We enjoyed our stay. Things were as expected. Light and fan switches were a little confusing but we were comfortable even with hot humid weather in the area. We originally got in through the front door using a code had trouble with that code later. We used the keys in the holder at the side door instead and that was fine. We met a friendly neighbor who warned us there would be 500+ kids trick or treating on Halloween. He was right! We walked a block or two to get coffee at a little trailer. Seemed like a fun neighborhood though we were only there a few nights..
