Menger Hotel
Street in front of hotel no longer exists and we spend an hour trying to get there. When I called for assistance phone was answered and cut off. We finally just parked and walked to hotel luggage and all. Never again.

Crockett Hotel
Room was dirty, bathroom had used soap in shower, food trash left in window, and random trash on floor in room. Bathroom only had 1/4 roll of toilet paper and when we ran out they took forever to bring more. Coffee bar staff was unorganized and unprofessional. Ordered ahead from room just to wait ...
