"Ice machines not working except on the 3rd floor . A loud rattling humming noise early both days we stayed there . Front desk sent maintenance, maintenance said the loud rattle in the walls came from the washing machines on the first floor . Was awaken early both days by this ."

"Not a great experience. Room was very clean. We had a plumbing issue with bathroom sink that never was resolved after multiple attempts. Room was warm asked for a fan that we never received. Location was good and historically pleasing but I would rather stay elsewhere next time."
