"Overall, the hotel was beautiful and the views were spectacular. The staff was generally great, and I appreciated that my requests were met. Breakfast was decent, though nothing special. The pool areas had a really nice vibe, and the deep tissue massage I got was one of the best I’ve ever had. The location was also pretty convenient for getting around. The downsides: I received dirty towels twice during my stay, which was disappointing. More importantly, my friends and I did experience subtle racism while there. I can deal with stares from other guests, but getting that kind of energy from staff was uncomfortable. Since we were a big group, the negative attitudes we felt from some employees really stood out and took away from the experience. I hope management takes this seriously and provides better training so all guests feel welcomed, especially people of color. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement."

"We were a group of 5 girls and we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel itself was very nice, loved the design and the hotel theme. It’s a female friendly place, the staff were all very nice and helpful, the room was comfortable, the swimming pools were perfect. You have enough shops, bars, food etc nearby. I recommend this hotel and would stay here again."

"We had some issues with check in but the problem was on our side as booked double room for 1 person only ( my mistake ). Receptionist was helpful however hotel management didn’t care about that and had to pay £300 extra for 2nd person ( 3 nights stay cost us in total £1000 in 3* hotel ). Quite a lot but even with that at the end we were happy with our stay at this hotel. Other thing was that the room we had for 1st night was on ground floor next to the pool - disaster! We couldn’t have it changed as hotel was fully booked that night. Likely we were accommodated next day into 2nd floor room which was much much better ( but not ideal as the side wall with hotem name on it was blocking half of the view ). All in all hotel is in fantastic location but sister hotel next to this one offers nicer view from the pool and nicer bar&pool area"
