"For an October break this hotel was very good. Excellent food selection. Rooms modern and comfortable as well as clean. Staff froendky and reception very helpful especially tall slim guy..sorry dont know his name. Entertainment was also good during day and evening which we fidnt expect. "The hotel was a nice hotel and was in a good area which was close to what we needed. Staff were rude and unhelpful. Wanted to charge me when I asked for ice for the room. No glass allowed back to room. We had no remote for air con and told us to figure it out ourselves. "The hotel is 2 buildings the first one is right on the bay overlooking the sea , the water taxi stops right outside to take you to SAN Antonio, perfect! For 3 star the food was good and the drinks were very good too. "Ideal location, very clean and the food was really nice. Staff were very friendly. We went all inclusive and the drinks were in large glasses and the measures were very big. "Everything was fine, but the parties on the street are loud right into the night. The place is not in the most party area, but even a couple of small bars across the street have some loud crowds at times. Not the worst that you can find in Ibiza noise-wise for sure.
