We paid for what i assumed was the nicest largest room they had and the tv remote didnt work, the door card got erased, the pool isnt clean or even open and its mid summer, furniture was ripped, cut dirty, and 2 of the 3 beds didnt even have a mattress cover, nor did we get a single towel in our room, continental breakfast was far less than what i expected. "The hotel "newish" was located in a good part of town and i had no issues finding or getting around. The room was clean; however, underneath the bed they had a lot of dirt. I was also placed in a handicapped room that didn't make me thrilled. We couldn't figure out how to work the stove until the day we left. "It was a really good stay! The staff were extremely friendly and very accommodating. They didnt know it was my birthday until it was mentioned. They gave us each a complimentary bottle of water & soda, a bag of chips, and a candy bar. The hot tub and pool were very clean and accessible. The beds seemed comfortable, but i think need to be upgraded to memory foam. Other than that, amazing stay and a memorable birthday."
