Beautiful Condo located within walking distance of downtown entertainment and restaurants. Steps away to parks and the concho river! With 2 Queen Bedrooms, 2 Full bathrooms, spacious living area and a full-size kitchen, there is plenty of room to relax and enjoy.
Also a Smart TV in the living room for streaming and Wi-Fi!

There is a shared courtyard in the condominium complex
and one Private parking space for guests.
There are a few cats that belong to another condo owner and they do roam the courtyard area. But don't worry they are very friendly!
