We live where other people go on holiday, we want to share with other people.
Very beautifully situated, surrounded by fields, but fast on the sea or on the mainland, we would describe our location.
Horses, as well as all other animal friends, feel comfortable with us, but we also like to welcome guests who are not close to the pet, but they should not have any allergies.
This apartment is located on the second floor, has two bedrooms, a bath and a kitchen. From there you can look to the south west on our gelding, north to the crown of our large oak and south to our large garden. (Floor plan in the photos)
The large garden provides seating for the guests.
Important: With public transport our house is not accessible. You need a vehicle no matter how many wheels this one has ....

Hier kann nur eine Kurzversion gegeben werden, Nähreres plus Bilder siehe Google-Bewertung. Die wenigen Kontakte mit den Vermietern waren freundlich. Leider war unser Aufenthalt nicht angenehm. Der Hausflur ist chaotisch und dreckig. Er riecht extrem nach den offen herumstehenden Säcken von Hundefutter und dient als Ablagefläche für allerlei Krimskrams und Müll oder weiteres Tierfutter. Unsere Ferienwohnung enthielt kaputte Möbel und war schmutzig. IN den Kommoden lag Sand, auf den Küchenmöbeln und -geräten lag ein Fettfilm, der suggeriert, dass hier schon länger nicht mehr gründlich sauber gemacht wurde. Die Abzugshaube war im Prinzip nicht benutzbar, da sie von altem Fett derart verschmutzt ist, dass sich nach einigen Sekunden Benutzung ein penetranter Geruch ausbreitete. Ein Stück der Küchenarbeitsplatte hing herab und müsste gestützt werden. An der Deckenlampe der Küche fehlte der Lampenschirm. Im Schlafzimmer stand ein Sessel, der kaputte Polster und deutliche Bissspuren hatte. Als wir darauf hinwiesen, um diesen Schaden nicht bei der Abreise angerechnet zu bekommen, erhielten wir zur Antwort, dass das bekannt und ein früherer Hundeunfall sei. Eine Änderung o. Ausbesserung erfolgte nicht. Unser Eindruck war, dass die Besitzer schlichtweg keine Handlungsnotwendigkeit sahen. Insgesamt machten Wohnung, Flur und Außengelände einen stark vernachlässigten Eindruck. Schade, dass die Unterkunft und ihre Umgebung so geworden sind. Auf den Fotos schien der Zustand besser zu sein.

Ruhig gelegen
Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem Haus ganz am Ende einer Sackgasse. Rundherum sind nur Felder und Pferdekoppeln.
Für uns entscheidend war es, dass es nicht sehr weit zur B96 ist und man mit dem Auto gut in alle Ecken der Insel und auch nach Stralsund kommt. Auf ein Auto ist man allerdings angewiesen.
Die Gastgeber sind supernett und wir werden wiederkommen, wenn Rügen nochmal auf unserem Programm steht.

Tolle Auszeit
Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem schönen Haus in toller Umgebung. Es ist sehr ruhig und im Inselinneren gelegen, aber super um Ausflüge in alle Inselrichtungen machen zu können. Die Gastgeberin und ihre Familie sind einfach nur lieb.

Entschleunigung
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, Anne ist eine tolle Ärztin, sie hat unserem Hund geholfen und uns den Aufenthalt dort sehr angenehm gestaltet. Der Reitunterricht entsprach nicht unseren Vorstellungen, aber alles andere war sehr schön :) Die Landschaft, die Ruhe und die vielen Pferde, Kaninchen, Hühner…

Wieder ein super Urlaub
Nicht zum ersten Mail waren wir Gast auf Anne´s Pferdehof. Und wieder haben uns so viele Dinge begeistert.
All die Tiere, die Ferienwohnung, die Gastfreundschaft, die Zufahrt zum Haus.
Wer die Zuflucht aus dem Großstadt-Schnick-Schnack in eine ländliche Unterkunft sucht, wird wie wir gleich im Anschluss für das nächste Jahr buchen.

Sehr idyllisch und fast Familienanbindung
Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Urlaub! Das ehemalige Gutshaus mit seinem alten Baumbestand (wir schätzen die Eiche auf 300Jahre) und den weiten Wiesen und Feldern ist einfach wunderschön. Innen modern und sehr sauber. Aber besonders gefallen hat uns die Vermieterfamilie. Wir fühlten uns fast wie im Familienverband. Und dann noch private Reitstunden, Hund Doktor Gassi führen und alle Tiere streicheln, was will man mehr, um abzuschalten?! Rügen selbst bietet natürlich auch schöne Ausflüge. Nur der viele Autoverkehr ist heftig. Aber es gibt auch viele Nebenstraßen; die sind sehr schön. Wir haben die eine Woche wirklich genossen und sagen VIELEN DANK an Anne und Familie. Wenn wir wieder mal nach Rügen kommen, dann zu euch! Alles Gute für euch sagen Tobias≤andra¨ andere Anne
