Very beautiful point of view on the river "l'Ardeche". This house was completely renovated. Area very peaceful. You will enjoy the river in any way you please (swimming, boating or fishing) from this wonderful location. Hiking and biking are also extremely pleasant. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse et la vue magnifique, ainsi que la présence de la climatisation qui franchement était indispensable au vu des températures ! Elle est située pas loin du rocher de Sampzon à pied où les alentours offraient de très jolis panoramas, et à une quinzaine de minutes en voiture du centre ville de Vallon Pont d'Arc ce qui est raisonnable. Haus mit einer Ost- und einer Westterrasse, jeweils überdacht, so dass man je nach Wetter aussuchen kann, wo man sitzen mag. Komplett eingezäunter Garten - prima für unsere Hunde. Komplett ausgestattete Küche. Im Außenbereich ist ein Gasgrill vorhanden. Das Haus wärmt sich tagsüber stark auf, wobei wir allerdings für Juni auch durchgehend sehr hohe Temperaturen hatten. Ventilatoren sind aber ausreichend vorhanden. Sehr guter Standort für Wanderungen in der Nähe, wie z.B. Cirque de Gens oder Montagne de Sable. Auch das Museum "Chauvet 2" oder der Pont d'Arc sind keine 10 Kilometer entfernt. Am Fuß des Felsens kleiner, aber gut ausgestatter Mini-Markt. Großer Super-U in 5 Kilometer Entfernung in Ruoms. Sehr freundliche Kommunikation mit den Vermietern und extrem schnelle Antworten. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! ##### Wolfgang R.
