"Super nice and helpful daytime reception staff, and the hotel is very tidy. 24 hours front door lock. Super big and bright carpark with CCTV! Big room and a small balcony is a plus! I was little shock when entering the road but once you arrived their place, it was day and night differences ! Walk for 1 min there is a 7-11, Drive for 5 mins there is a local night market. Only few ants found in the corners ! I will come back again!"

When I objected I was given the room I had booked which was bigger and better but very tired and shabby. "Really disappointed with front desk staff. We spent $3000 at this hotel over three days and the staff refused to honor a $15 hotel credit that came with our reservation. Generally good stay overall, but staff should never leave guests feeling unhappy on checkout like this. We travel to Bangkok at least 4-5 per year but will certainly not be returning here!"
