There was no hot water. Air conditioner barely worked. The staff did not provide the instructions about the room we spent about 2 hours without lights. In order to turn on the lights inside the room you have to insert the room key to the certain place.

Desk was open 24hrs. And staff were so friendly to greet me at 3am after an overnight train ride.
Great breakfast selection and super location for all the major sites in Samarkand.
