Neat decoration and finishing, all modern comforts in a tropical setting, Zen atmosphere and welcoming. An assertive style with its high ceilings that gives you the impression of space in the main living room of the house. All the options of modern life are offered in this wonderful villa. Life is easily organized on the ground floor, with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave etc ..) open to the living room, large terrace with dining area and outdoor lounge. A first bedroom equipped with a 200 \* 200 king-size bed, another equipped with two 100 \* 190 twin beds. On the floor, two other rooms equipped with King Size 200 \* 200, a corner office, a safe and a bathroom double basin. The villa is equipped with an inverter to mitigate the few power cuts that there are in the village for regular maintenance of the network in general. Large sliding doors that open the entire villa and always have the feeling of living outside. The villa offers large volumes that help with relaxation. The harmonies of colors are perfectly mastered, no wrong note. Relaxing atmosphere and holidays. There is a private pool - unheated jacuzzi. For your information: Included in the rental rate for a minimum stay of 8 nights: Wi-Fi Internet, household cleaning at your entrance and departure and once a week during your stay with change of sheets, but no change of towels. Gardener and pool maintenance. Not included: Your electricity consumption remains at your expense during your stay. We take the meter on your arrival and departure. Only your consumption in Kilo Watt is billed rate in force in the village. The price per kilowatt is 14.95 pesos or 0.30 USD. A digital code safe is at your disposal, in case of forgetting the code or loss of the key, we will ask you to pay 150 USD for changing the safe. We also inform you that an inventory will be carried out upon your arrival and departure. In order not to waste too much time when you leave, a team of 2 to 3 people is often present to allow a quick overhaul of linen, dishes and all household electrical equipment. The objective is to leave the apartment in the same conditions as you found it, to the tenants who will follow you. Any missing or broken items will also be collected in cash on the day of your departure. We make sure to keep this property in perfect condition each time it is rented for the comfort and well-being of everyone. This property is beautifully maintained. Everything is as described and the pictures are accurate. We loved our time here. There was private space for everyone with 6 adults and 2 children enjoying the house and the well-maintained private pool and grounds. We were grateful for Ramon who kept everything outside beautiful and clean and even brought us water each time we needed it. He was a true gem. The location is a short walk to a wonderful beach and we spent a lot of time there as well. We loved El Mosquito Rooftop bar and it was easy walking distance from the house as well. We also used their arranged transportation from the airport and it was seamless and safe. We didn’t have a car and found that many wonderful restaurants were also an easy walk. We also highly recommend Jeffrey, the chef that was arranged by the host. Having him prepare our dinner the night of our arrival was one of our best decisions, but we also enjoyed two other delicious meals prepared by him! We would definitely stay here again. We were a little nervous about how much electricity would cost because we were using air conditioning in all of the bedrooms every night and sometimes in the afternoons for naps, but for 12 nights, the additional cost was about $225 USD, so quite reasonable in our opinion. ##### Ronda F. This is one of the most gorgeous properties in the area. Very spacious and well equipped with everything you need for a long term stay (we stayed 2 months). It looks exactly like in the pictures (perhaps even better in person). There is even a “swim up bar”in the pool! Ideal location, 2 min walk from the beachfront / the Pueblo de los Pescadores, near a host of restaurants and bars. To note, part of the charm of this house are the beautiful doors that open up to the garden making it an indoor/outdoor living space - as can be expected there are mosquitos, so do come prepared with mosquito repellent. Whenever it was unbearable, Manuel would send a team to fumigate the property. A big thank you to him and Marie-Helene who were extremely responsive and helpful for anything we needed. They were so professional and such great hosts that we decided to extend our stay in Las Terrenas and booked another property with them (this one was unfortunately booked already). Four adults and four kids (two families). House is beautiful and just like the pictures, if not better. The house was immaculate upon our arrival and Lucy was there to greet us and show us around and how everything worked. Manuel was also very helpful throughout our stay. The houses are close and we had some pretty loud neighbors who played loud music until almost 1 am. We did contact the owner, and we were told to call the police if it didn't stop, but we weren't sure how to do that since we were on What's App for the most part. We ended up talking to the neighbors and things got a bit better. But then we had new neighbors, with more loud music. Houses are close and music travels easily. We had a few issues with the generator. Marie sent over an electrician and the power was fixed the next day. We were never without power for long, it just kept flickering on and off. Wifi is a little spotty, and not strong. We had the most success in the morning. By the evening, Wifi was not working well at all. Marie was kind enough to let us check out late since our flight was in the evening. We got to enjoy one last swim in the morning and a relaxing breakfast. Can't beat the location. Walkable to everything, but far enough away from the main road. Campo Kitchen is a great place to dine in the evening. Right on the beach. I would definitely recommend this house. The house opens up so that you can enjoy the indoors and the outdoors simultaneously. The pool is large and well maintained, and the flowers and trees around the property are beautiful. The kitchen is well-equipped. The villa is just a quick walk to the beach and the town. Definitely recommend. ##### Melanie R. Even though we were notified prior to our arrival the pool inside the house was filled with debris from the fire. That was not cleaned until the next day. To get to this location is pretty easy however is located in an alleyway, very uncomfortable. The house was clean but infested with rats. Very important to mention that when we took showers the water smelled really bad to the point that we couldn’t brush our teeth with it. It smelled like feces.
