"What an amazing experience- probably best hotel we stayed- staff is very friendly and helped us with large luggage, place is spectacular, best sleep, pure alpine water right out of the faucet and everything though about in details, such as comfortable bed, coffee tea, delicious breakfast, amazing dinner menu with wild mushrooms, forest berries and so much more. "My second stay here: centrally located, close to the train station and public transport, but easily walkable for many of Salzburg's attractions. Excellent value, spacious room and bath, with every amenity required for a comfortable stay, comprehensive breakfast buffet. My room had a received a nice comtemporary upgrade in its decor from my last visit, which added to the experience. One note: laundry services are available at the hotel, but not on weekends. The front desk was able to direct me to a nearby laundromat, a 10-minute walk away. "

"First of all - full real air conditioning. Too often in Europe there is either no AC or there is some sort of “economical” one. With 32C/close to 100F outside you really need one. Great breakfast with gluten free options. If you refuse room cleaning you get drink coupons for the bar. The hotel is 100 feet from pedestrian street with tons of shopping and dining options."

"I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who will visit Salzburg and its nearby attractions; mainly because it is so accessible via public transportation - a bus top just outside the hotel where you can take #21 bus directly to city center (23 minutes ride). The hotel is modern, room space is adequate, and beds are comfy, staffs are helpful and courteous. An added bonus is a McDonald right next door. I will definitely stay here again in the future "
